EPP designs and manufacture products under strict quality control procedures. All EPP equipment is covered by one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty is subject to recommended usage and exclude misused, abuse, altered or negligence and does not cover ordinary wear and tear. To qualify for warranty consideration, return the EPP product, freight prepaid, to a EPP authorized service center or EPP factory. EPP shall, in its sole judgement, either repair or replace the defective product to the claimant.
